30 Day Return Policy. 

Applies to ALL items unless otherwise stated.

If any item comes not as stated we will refund your payment in full or replace the item (at our option), minus shipping expenses.  We will cover the shipping expense of the replaced unit back to the customer only.  It is expected of the buyer do their research, with or without us, to ensure the unit fits their application before they buy.  We do not accept returns for any cosmetic discrepancy on any unit, if there is a blemish or scratch that we find noticeable, we will inform the buyer before they purchase.  We do not accept returns for incorrect application unless otherwise stated.  A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee is charged on all returned items that are found to not be defective or arrive in an altered condition.  New merchandise MUST arrive back in NEW condition and should be packed exactly how it was packed when the customer received the merchandise or the 20% restocking fee will be charged - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Customer MUST purchase a tracking number or delivery confirmation for the package that contains the item to be returned when sending the item back to us.  We do NOT under any circumstance send a replacement unit until the purchased unit has been returned and is in our hands.  Return policy only applies to customers from the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

The return policy only exists within these rules, buyer must agree to this policy in full before we can accept the return.  If you would like a refund, please E-mail us at sales@oemvalue.com with the reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
