Return Policy

Return policy only applies to customers from the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Be 100% sure this unit will fit your vehicle before you purchase.  Please refer to our installation help page, message forums, and your installer before purchasing.  You accept 100% liability and responsibility for installation and fitment.  All information we provide on our web site is compiled from our other customers who have installed this in their vehicle in the past.  We cannot personally assist with the install nor shall we be relied upon for information that is not listed on our installation help page.  Please note this information on the installation help page may not be completely accurate and to double check with your installer to confirm they can do this install for you before you purchase.  A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged if you decide to return this unit for any reason. 

We test 32 functions on each navigation system before shipping each unit to make sure your unit is in perfect working order when you receive it.  Also various serial numbers and identification numbers are recorded to avoid part swapping.  New merchandise MUST arrive back in NEW condition and must be packed exactly how it was packaged when you receive the merchandise. - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

You are agreeing to purchase a brand new Navigation system.  This is not a unit that has been installed or returned.  All returns that we receive are shipped back to the manufacturer regardless of condition.

When returning a unit, it is required that you purchase a tracking number or delivery confirmation for the package being returned.  We do NOT under any circumstance send a replacement unit until the purchased unit has been returned and is in our hands. 

The return policy only exists within these rules, buyer must agree to this policy in full before purchase.  If you would like a refund, please contact our returns department at returns@oemvalue.com with the reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All Wisconsin residents are subject to 5.1% sales tax.  OEMValue is strictly a web based business registered with the IRS & Wisconsin Department of Revenue.  OEMValue is verified to accept and process all major Credit Cards.
